In LEDMY, we're developing and upgrading our LED strips. We have achieved some success and our R & D department is still focusing on it, we hope to show these positive results during the 2018 Hongkong International Lighting fair, October 27-30th.

Oct. 19th, 2018, we brought sales team together for an unparalleled team building in a similar military camp. During this team building, LEDMY was willing to boost morale, to have a growth mindset and promote a deeper level of trust and understanding between each team member, so their standard of work and ability to get the job done improves as a result. If your team is great, they can achieve together great goals!

We drove to Tangxia, Dongguan, a place surrounded by forest and rocked by the melodious song of birds. Arrived in the center in a lovely evening, we had spent a delighted evening with barbecue, refreshing drinks, music, bonfire party, funny games.

We got up early the next morning and pulled on military suit. After having breakfast, we started the military training, accompanied with the repeated and simple “Align Right”, “At ease” and “Attention” from drillmaster. We drilled each motion of corps first time after time and shouted loud and clear slogans. The deafening sound broken the peace in the forest and deeply touched our heart. Going through the military training, we learned to think, to be calm, to be active, thoughtful before action, then obey the instruction without any hesitation and excuses.

In the last progress stage, we played a game called energy circle, we all sat around a circle shoulder by shoulder, pulled and shaked the rope in a circle shape. The weather was so hot, and the drillmaster splashed water towards us. The water ran down our cheeks and refreshed us wonderfully. He asked us to count the number as loudly as possible from 1 to 100. But he asked us to repeated the same again and again. The end made us to think : we counted and reached until 2200, which represents our 2018 sales target of 2.2 billion yuan!

In conclusion, our trip was a massive success. We came up with some amazing ideas and concepts, got to know more each other, and had a blast working as a unified team. LEDMY team building had perfectly strengthened communication, trust and dedication to work.

The real value of this trip was the LEDMY corporate culture we defined. LEDMY team works hard, and will maintain it with as much fervor and energy as ever.
