Review of the conference

More than 100 people of LEDMY including the leaders ,sales team member of all region , marketing department and sales support department , gathered together to share their achievements and talk about the future.

At the conference, chairman Mr. Yuan Ruping made a summary and affirmation of the achievements made in 2018, pointing out that 2019 is the key year for the evolution of LEDMY. We must be down-to-earth, strive for success, and emphasize that we must "Know yourself as well as the enemy", and only by "Know yourself as well as the enemy", can we better grasp the market trends and occupy a favorable position.

The vice president explained in detail about the promotion plan of our brand , the international promotion plan, the market strategic layout and the future market development plan .

The COO of marketing demonstrates with data and gives us an on-site analysis of the sales volume in 2018, the growth rate of performance, the market share of each product, the forecast of market demand for products in 2019 and the sales trend of products in 2019, so that we can clearly understand the strengths and weaknesses of 2018, and also the market trend and focus in 2019.

The CFO redefined the financial process for 2019 --”give the partners the most needful support in the fastest speed” . Financial Department process will be more standardized and fast, reduce unnecessary procedure,and improve work efficiency. Financial staff will implement the service system awareness and solve problems for their partners enthusiastically and sincerely.
